- For all purposes, the lessor and lessee establish their legal address in this city under the jurisdiction of the local police court.
- The vehicles are NOT INSURED; ANY damage caused during the lease will be their total responsibility.
- The customer agrees with the documentation required to hire any of our services.
This web site is operated by Oceanic Rent a Car . Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Oceanic Rent a Car . Oceanic Rent a Car offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We reserve the right to limit the availability of any vehicle or service we offer. All vehicle descriptions or service rates are subject to change at any time without notice, at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any vehicle or service at any time. Any offer for any vehicle or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of vehicles, services, information or other material reserved or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any reservation you make with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel reservations made per person, per household or per reservation. These restrictions may include reservations made by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or reservations using the same billing address and/or email address. In the event we make a change to or cancel a reservation, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the reservation was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit reservations that, in our sole discretion.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate reservation and account information for all reservations made on our rental car service. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as necessary.

We may provide you with access to third party tools over which we do not monitor or have control or input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from or related to your use of optional third party tools.

In no event shall Oceanic Rent a Car , our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement n costs, many similar damages, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising out of your use of any of the services or products purchased using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, without limitation, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service, even if advised of their possibility.
