At Oceanic Rent a Car, we understand that plans can change. That's why we offer a flexible refund policy to make sure your experience with us is as comfortable as possible. Below are our refund terms and conditions:

 

Cancellations and Refunds.

  • Cancellation More Than One Week In Advance: If you cancel your reservation more than one week before the scheduled start date of your rental, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellation Between One Week and One Day Prior to Booking: If your cancellation occurs between one week and the day prior to the scheduled rental start date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
  • Same Day Cancellation: We regret to inform you that if the cancellation is made on the same day as the scheduled start date of the rental, we will not be able to offer any refund.

 

Refund Process.

 

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  2. Provide the details and personal information associated with your reservation.
  3. Indicate the reason for the cancellation.

 

Upon receipt of your request, our team will process your refund in accordance with the above conditions. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the original reservation. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and the issuing bank.

 

Exceptions

 

Oceanic Rent a Car reserves the right to modify these conditions in exceptional cases and at its discretion. Any modification to our refund policy will be clearly communicated on our website and through our customer service channels.
